Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Make Invoice Now, operated by Emam Media LTD ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.
1. Service
Make Invoice Now provides a free, browser-based tool for creating and downloading invoices, quotes, credit notes, and purchase orders. It is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranty of any kind.
2. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of every invoice you create — including tax rates, totals, business details, and compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Make Invoice Now is a formatting tool; it is not accounting, legal, or tax advice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Make Invoice Now to create invoices for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes, or to impersonate another business. You also agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attack the service.
4. Intellectual property
The Make Invoice Now brand, site design, and codebase are owned by Emam Media LTD. Content you enter (your invoices, your logo) remains entirely yours — we never see it and claim no ownership over it.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available"without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that PDFs will render identically across every viewer or printer.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emam Media LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to the service
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms — continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
