Terms of Service
These terms set out the deal between you and Emam Media LTD when you use Make Invoice Now. In short: the generator is free, your invoices belong to you, and you are responsible for what you send to your clients.

Free, with no account
The generator is free to use for personal and commercial invoices. No sign-up required.
Your invoices stay yours
We claim no ownership of the content, logos or documents you create.
Provided “as is”
It is a formatting tool — not accounting, tax or legal advice.
Agreement to these terms
Make Invoice Now (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Emam Media LTD and available at makeinvoicenow.com. By accessing or using the website and the tools published on it, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
These terms should be read alongside our privacy policy, which explains how data is handled.
The service
Make Invoice Now is a free, browser-based tool for creating and downloading invoices, quotes, credit notes and purchase orders. Documents are built and exported to PDF entirely inside your own browser.
- No account, subscription or payment is required.
- Invoice drafts are saved in your browser’s local storage only.
- Because there is no server-side copy, we cannot recover documents you lose, clear or overwrite.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the service. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
The service does not provide user accounts, so you are responsible for keeping the device and browser you use secure.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of every document you create — including tax rates, discounts, totals, currency, business and client details, and compliance with the invoicing rules of your jurisdiction.
Make Invoice Now is a formatting and calculation tool. It is not accounting, legal or tax advice. Always check totals and tax treatment before sending an invoice to a client.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Make Invoice Now to:
- create fraudulent, deceptive or misleading documents, or impersonate another person or business;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property, including by uploading logos you do not have rights to use;
- break any applicable law, tax rule, sanctions regime or anti-money laundering requirement;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, overload, disrupt or attack the service or its hosting infrastructure;
- resell or redistribute the tool as your own product without written permission.
Your content and data
Everything you enter — company details, line items, notes, logos and the finished PDF — remains entirely yours. We do not receive, store or claim any ownership or licence over it.
Because content stays on your device, exporting or backing up your documents is your responsibility. See the privacy policy for detail on storage.
Intellectual property
The Make Invoice Now name, logo, site design, copy, templates and codebase are owned by Emam Media LTD and protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may use the generator and the invoices it produces for personal and commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish or create derivative versions of the site itself without our written permission.
Third-party services and ads
The site may display advertising and use third-party hosting, analytics or advertising partners. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for the content of external sites or adverts linked from this one.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that calculations suit your tax situation, or that PDFs will render identically in every viewer, browser or printer.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emam Media LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Emam Media LTD harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense arising out of documents you create with the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Changes to the service and terms
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time — simply close the site and clear your browser storage. We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or the service is being abused.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
